- Experience with Wireless access points and routers
- Detailed experience with email and Internet based technologies
- Backup and DR, best practice experience
- Microsoft qualification desirable but not essential
- IT Third level qualification and advantage
- Full driving license and good customer service skills essential

Senior Field Service Engineer - Carlow ref: rtwb-03-12
- Radius Technologies is seeking to recruit a Senior Field Service Engineer. Please review skills required and note this is a senior position and only candidates that meet the required criteria will be considered. You will take ownership of complex technical issues from escalation to resolution, manage projects from design through to delivery and client sign off.
- Skills Required:
- 4 years field service experience (min.)
- Microsoft Server Technologies, SBS and Standard 2003 - 2008,
- MCSE Cert or MCITP qualification desirable but not essential
- Microsoft Hyper V / experience with server Virtualisation
- Detailed knowledge of MS Exchange and Active Directory Ability to work alone and project manage
- Sonicwall, Draytek, Cisco experience an advantage
- Backup and DR, best practice experience
- Detailed knowledge of WAN and LAN design along with VPN
- Full driving license and good customer service skills essential
- (Carlow office, field based throughout South east)
