Senior Field Service Engineer "New position 06th October 2009" "FILLED"

Radius Technologies is seeking to recruit a Senior Field Service Engineer. Please review skills required and note this is a senior position and only candidates that meet the required criteria will be considered. You will take ownership of complex technical issues from escalation to resolution while building strong relationships with our clients.

Skills Required:
5 years field service experience (min.)
Microsoft Server Technologies, SBS and Standard 2003 - 2008,
MCSE Cert (must currently hold MCSE qualification)
detailed MS Exchange  and Active Directory experience
Ability to work alone and project manage

Sonicwall, Draytek, Cisco experience an advantage

Backup and DR, best practice experience

Full driving license and good customer service skills essential.

Business Development Manager "FILLED"

This is a new exciting opportunity for a motivated, managed professional. The opportunity will entail managing a small team of developers and designers, along with designing and taking to market custom-built web based software applications. The position will encompass everything from client meetings, generation of business proposals, to software specification gathering, team management and application roll out. It will also involve sales and marketing planning and market development, both in Ireland and in the UK.

Candidates must have:

• A relevant third level qualification
• Min. 4 years experience within a Business Development role ideally within IT software / technology sales 
• Have experience in using IT as a tool for selling
• Have the ability to deal with clients at all levels, from end user to board level
• Have a strong customer focus with
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Have good business acumen and pay high attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate clear leadership and influence key stakeholders in support of plans
• Have a commercial focus and detailed knowledge of cost management and budgeting
