Backup Options:

On-line Backups - We configure you backups to update to our web based data server nightly, these servers also replicated in Waterford for failover, you have access to the backups via a secure web site and can drag and drop files and folders if you need to restore anything. These backups are moniotored daily by Radius Helpdesk engineers. Online backups are costed based on the volume of information you need to backup.·

Off-site backups - We configure a backup NAS (network attached storage) device to take you information, capacity of device will depend on the volume of your information, the NAS device is then configured and located in a secure location with access to Broadband, possibly a second office or directors house, Offsite backups are costed based on the stortage capacity required in the NAS and a monthly monitoring fee.·

Off-site backups (Hosted) -·simular to above the only difference is that the NAS device is located in Radius Offices in Waterford,·

Installation and setup: Radius Helpdesk engineers install and configure Online backups remotely, (in less that 5 Min), the backups are scheduled to run nightly and during off peak hours, backups are monotored on a daily base by our Helpdesk engineers.·
